Section 4 — Required Application Materials

Important: Applicants must provide up-to-date transcripts that clearly show completion of a high school level biology course and the corresponding grade, and a 400–800 word personal statement about themselves and their goals for the future, detailing short-term and long-term plans. Please combine these documents into a single PDF and upload with this application. Additionally, a $30, non-refundable application fee is required at the time of submission. Applications missing any of these requirements will not be considered.

Section 5 — Logistics & Acknowledgments
