The Global Virus Network (GVN) works to raise awareness and mobilize resources on critical needs in medical virology.

So we work with governments, multilateral institutions, private-sector groups, and non-profit organizations to improve medical virology worldwide, call attention to critical research and training needs, and provide science-driven information and perspectives related to preparing for—and responding to—viral threats, outbreaks, epidemics, and pandemics.
